Kleaning360 collects the information you provide through our estimate form, including contact details, service address, property and cleaning details, preferred scheduling information, and notes. We use it to prepare estimates, schedule and provide cleaning services, respond to questions, prevent abuse, and maintain customer records.

How we communicate

When you submit an estimate request, you authorize Kleaning360 to contact you about that request by phone, email, or text message. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP. Transactional messages needed to coordinate a requested service may still be sent where permitted.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the website, protect forms from abuse, verify service locations, manage customer relationships, schedule appointments, and notify our staff about new requests. These currently include Vercel, Cloudflare Turnstile, the U.S. Census Geocoder, GoHighLevel, and Twilio. They process information under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We retain estimate and customer records as reasonably needed to provide service, handle follow-up, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email Kleaning360@gmail.com or call (910) 352-4882. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security and updates

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy as our services change; the effective date above identifies the latest version.
